Author registration guidelines
1. One author registration covers up to a maximum of two full papers/abstracts as the presenting author.
2. One student author registration covers up to a maximum of one full paper/abstract as the presenting author.
The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:
- Social functions: welcome/ice-breaker reception and the Gala dinner
- Catering: coffee breaks, lunches
- Standard ticket gives access to paper, poster, opening and plenary session.
- Inclusive ticket gives access to paper, poster, tutorial, panel, opening and plenary session.
Cancellation Policy:
Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason. In that case, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. No refund will be provided for those who do not attend the conference.
