Call for Panel Sessions

Panel Sessions may address one or more Tracks, but they should be organized under a unified theme/topic. Panel Sessions are intended to promote outputs from already concluded or ongoing projects or any other relevant group to present their work.

The standard formats for events are the following. 4 or 5 experts will be invited and each will give a 10-minute position statement presentation. After all panelists give their short presentations, a moderator may ask several questions to the panelists before conducting a Q&A session with the audience.

The majority (80%) of organizers and speakers are expected to be physically present in Prishtina. Successful organizers and panelist will receive a single day registration waiver.

In the proposal, please include the following information:

Title for the proposed panel session
Scope/topic for the proposed session
Name, affiliation, and email address of the organizer/moderator and of proposed speakers
Brief biography of the organizer/moderator

Panel Sessions will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

Technical content
Relevance
Novelty
Timeliness

The proposal must be submitted from 31 July 2023 until the deadline on ~~30 November 2023~~ 15 January 2024 to krisse@dtu.dk

The name of the file should be the Panel Session title (abbreviated, if necessary).
