Final paper submission
We would like to ask you to check the following details before uploading your final paper. Please, note that you must still follow the procedure outlined below:
PREPARATION OF A FORMATTED CONFERENCE PAPER FOR IEEE PES
THESE GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED to ensure your paper is suitable for upload to IEEE Xplore following the conference. Failure to follow the template may result in your paper not being published in IEEE Xplore.
- The paper limit is 5 pages.
- Ensure the paper must strictly follow the IEEE conference templates(LaTeX and MS Word). Note: We require all submissions to be in A4 paper size format. Please make sure to add the “a4paper” option in the \documentclass specification if you are using the LaTeX template:
\documentclass[conference,a4paper]{IEEEtran} - Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document, following these instructions:
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
- For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-5890-2/24/$31.00 ©2024 Crown
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-5890-2/24/$31.00 ©2024 European Union
- For all other papers, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-5890-2/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE
- Tip for Word Users: The copyright notice should appear in a different foot-note than the one used to indicate possible sponsors of the research. Please, check the general template for IEEE Conferences here, where you can see its position as an isolated text at the bottom.
- Tip for adding the copyright notice in LaTeX

- \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts
- \IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{ 979-8-3503-5890-2/24/\$31.00~\copyright2024 IEEE\hfill} \hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{ }}
- Add the following code after the \maketitle command:
- \IEEEpubidadjcol
- Make sure you use the appropriate IEEE copyright notice string, in latex, as explained above.
- Add the following code before the \maketitle command:
- Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
